A spectacular 200m-squared terraced Townhouse (which includes a separate fully equipped studio as the 2nd bedroom), situated on the slopes of Table Mountain with beautiful sea and mountain vistas!

This Townhouse has 2 separate units, both with their own private entrance, sleeping a total of 6. The main unit, which is on the upper level, has a lounge/study that converts to the 3rd bedroom with an "air double bed" and a sleeper sofa – this room has its own en suite.

Both areas have direct access to the pool deck. The upper unit has a massive, well equipped, private entertainment BBQ area and sun deck. Although there are two separate units, the tenant has exclusive use of both and are not rented out as separate units.

Main TownHouse

Sleeps 2 in bedroom plus sleeps 2 on double airbed and couch in study

The upper unit is fully equipped to entertain a group of guests and has beautiful sea and mountain views as it is located on the upper side slopes of Table Mountain, directly below the upper cable-way station.

Open plan it is 170sqm in extent, ideal for short-term visitors with ample open space for relaxed living.

The main bedroom has a King size bed and is en-suite with a full size air/water therapy Jacuzzi and shower.

Satellite flat screens extend to 3 TV’s - in the main lounge, bedroom and BBQ deck.

Inclusive of water and electricity, as well as serviced 3 times a week with a separate ironing and laundry area. It has an inverter to supply basic electricity to the property if there is a power outage.

A Parking bay is on site via automated garage door, with direct entry to the main house.

The Studio Apartment

Gorgeous quaint studio below the main unit and situated in the garden, next to the pool.

It has beautiful views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the 12 Apostles, as it is positioned on the slopes of Table Mountain - sleeps two people comfortably.

This apartment which acts as the 2nd bedroom, has a separate entrance on a secure property. One secure garaged parking bay, a fully equipped kitchenette and an open plan living space that overlooks the pool.

Approximately 38sqm in size. It is all you need when you spend most of the days lounging by the pool or on the beach.

Comes with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds.

Wifi, DSTV & a flat screen TV are all available to use in the Townhouse.
